If you're in the area it's worth checking out but I wouldn't make this a destination by any means.
Nice enough people, but no phone service, rooms were not that clean and not cleaned every day, inch worms in the bathroom, restaurant was closed for the season.
Friendly, pleasant off the beaten path. Montana through and through. Served us lunch even though the place was booked for a family reunion. Definitely will return. Give them a try.
Great for large gatherings but for individual stay the staff is hard to get ahold of
Disappointing experience. Went here on an off day to have a quiet dinner and immediately felt like an outsider. Waitress was uninformed regarding the drinks available from the bar and the food from the kitchen. We got chicken wings as a starter and they came out frozen in the middle. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it came out with an overpoweringly fatty gravy that overwhelmed the flavor of everything else on the plate.
Had a great time. Friendly owners and staff. Reasonable prices and great food. A trip off the beaten path worth taking.
Good atmosphere. Large hall which would bemuch good for larger functions and live music which is pretty nice.
